Bongan’i and Lilja got happily married on saturday. I really liked the ceremony in church. First the bridegroom and two of the bestmen came dancing in, in a stylish and cool way. Followin three more bestmen with three bridesmaide made a cool dancing entry. I had my dubts about Europeans dancing in on a wedding, but this was just great, what an atmosphere. And what more, Bongan’i sings like a star while his bride enters the sanactuary in her fathers arm. He took us by surprise! Who knew he was such a great singer?
Then on to the reception venue at LO. Some things to fix before the reception started. And again they danced in with joy! It was a african-swedish wedding and I liked the flavour it gave the whole celebration. I’m glad it all went well and rejoice over their new life. A honor to be part of it all. God is good. (Unfortunately didn’t have time to take any pictures. But use your imagination!!
)
The show must go on. Greek final on friday and intro to theology midterm next week. Gotta go!
