Happy Valentine’s people!

Just want you to know I really appreciate you all! Friends are such a blessing! I realized this weekend that I should come to Finland more often. I just arrived by boat yesterday morning and even managed to be somewhat effective in studying at home yesterday. God must have helped out big time.

But we had such a hillarious and great night at Anttu’s place yesterday evening with him and Benita. Andreas made nice meat pie and Benita treated us to fastlagsbullar (semlor for you Sweds ;-) . We played twister, which was a stretch in many senses.. pic’s on my profile on facebook.

Also met Rade, Hanna, and some of our congregation today at Service. Great to meet them all again. A real blessing.

So, I thought, why don’t I come home more often? Don’t know, maybe it’s the (almost) “sleepless” boattrips, or that the studies suffer from a lot of travelling, but none of that got to me this time. I guess it’s grace.

One of Anttu’s great comments again. We were out on kick-sleds (sparkstöttingar) and he said: “Man borde ha tre ben så sku man kunna vila två.” haha (”One should have three legs så you could rest two.”)

Blessings, stay tuned!

Glad you came home and had fun with family and friends. Yes the boat trip plays havoc with our sleeping (for most of us) but it’s worth the effort from time to time. I know I was glad to see you in Uppsala 1½ years ago. Is it really that long? Sigh!
